Construction Team

Following loan approval, our internal construction team along with the assigned Closer will begin working with our borrower. On a kick-off call, the team will review all aspects of a detailed checklist, which provides our customer with a clear understanding of what is needed for the closing of the loan, including the construction portion. The Closer will work closely with the client on the loan-related items, while the construction team works with the contractor, architect and client on all construction-specific items. Typical construction documentation includes: contracts, complete construction plan and specifications, necessary insurance and a cost breakdown for the overall project. The construction team works in conjunction with the third party vendors to ensure that the project can be completed for the anticipated budget amount. The Closer and construction team finalize all documentation simultaneously to get the loan funded.
