We have financed 500+ vet clinics over the past 3 ½ years; working closely with all of these clinics has really allowed us to see what’s working and what’s not. What should you expect from the process if ownership is a goal of yours? What is a bank going to ask of you and why? What should you begin thinking about now to prepare yourself? What are the most common challenges and obstacles we see from those that have failed etc.? What is working well among those that are successful? We’ll actually look at a live case study of one of our clinics and break down every piece so that the step by step process leading up to ownership is easily understood.

The presentation will outline conventional, SBA 504 and SBA 7(a) financing tools and how they assist veterinarians in building their practice from the ground up.
