Deposit Services Representative: Responsible for opening, maintaining and closing all account types. Promotes business for the Bank by maintaining good customer relations. May interact with customers by phone, in person or by calling on businesses and individuals. Ensures all new deposit accounts are opened accurately and in a timely manner. Ensures printing and distribution of customer notices, invoices and checks. Staff Accountant: Responsible for reconciliation of the Bank’s entire internal bank accounts and all general ledger balance sheet accounts. Maintains documentation of reconciliations as required for record retention purposes. Accounting Associate: Responsible for the processing of corporate employee expense reimbursement. Interacts with vendors to receive proper documentation and management for proper authorization prior to payment.
