I am a general dentist and used Live Oak Bank to finance a tenant improvement construction project. It was a complex project with lots of simultaneously moving parts, and they were excellent to work with from start to finish. I’ve had some bad experiences in the past, so it was refreshing that Live Oak made the process a smooth one. My entire experience while working with Live Oak’s construction team was very positive, especially in comparison to previously working with other banks. They were easy to work with and made what can be a long and painful process, a simple one. Because they were sticklers in regards to inspections, the budget, schedules, etc., everything went smoothly and the project stayed on track.

The construction team has been a tremendous help throughout the process. From the scheduling of inspections to getting the contractors paid on time, they could not have been better. Samme’s response time is unbelievable – I started to think she was my actually in my office. Construction projects are arduous and trying as anyone who has been through it can attest.
