  1. Work with the Director of Business Advisory on strategic projects around government contracting and small businesses
  2. Connect with small business owners in our target market and set meetings with qualified prospects for hand-off with other staff
  3. Research the qualified prospects and communicate their entrepreneurial goals with staff
  4. Consistently achieve quality data collection and reporting to help track sales and customer success metrics
  5. Conduct quantitative and qualitative research and analyses on current and new customer initiatives to identify trends and inefficiencies
  6. Collaborate with other team members to offer better customer support and to improve internal processes
  7. Provide general support however needed, potentially with cross-functional project                                               


  • Personable and reliable with great writing skills and email etiquette
  • Creative, detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Curious and resourceful in your research methods, you are comfortable with ambiguity in new projects
  • Works well under pressure and tight deadlines within a dynamic environment
  • Excited about data and the potential of data, previous experiences in data helpful but not required
  • A fast learner. Willingness to be trained on in-house developed data collection and reporting tools
  • Eager to take on more responsibility. Learning more about the client servicing process will help you become an Associate.
  • An interest in finance, data, banking, entrepreneurship, and government contracting is a plus


  • Current undergraduate student or recent 2019 graduate


  • Vision, hearing, speech, movements requiring the use of wrists, hands and/or fingers
  • Able to sit, stand, stoop and bend
  • The ability to work the days and hours required to fulfill the essential functions of the position
