They’ve demanded more, we can help

As a seasoned brewery owner, you’ve most likely been confronted with one of the most common dilemmas in the industry–the need to purchase more equipment in order to make more beer and satisfy your customers. The craft brew loan experts at Live Oak Bank can provide fast and simple brewery equipment loans that will get you the new equipment you need to scale your production.

Whether it’s acquiring more tanks or integrating a canning line, we have the experience to help provide the best loan solutions that won’t disrupt your cash flow and will allow you to concentrate on operating the business. Here’s what you can expect after connecting with one of our equipment loan specialists:

Pre-approval

After your brewery equipment loan specialist connects with you, expect an email that will include application forms. Once your application is received, your loan request is typically pre-approved within one to two business days. During that time, we will run a preliminary cash flow analysis as well as a credit analysis as a part of our due diligence. Upon pre-approval, a proposal letter will be issued by the loan specialist. Your proposal letter will include loan rates, terms and all collateral requirements.

Underwriting

After you have signed and returned the proposal letter, your underwriter and credit officer will work together to obtain final loan approval. We know that each piece of equipment is unique depending on the manufacturer, so our team will help qualify the vendor prior to purchase. On average, underwriting takes one to two weeks, and if approved, you will receive a commitment letter outlining the details of the approval.

Closing

Once you have signed and returned your commitment letter, we will assign one of our craft brewery loan closing specialists to your loan. Typically, closing concludes within 30 days. Because your closer only works on brewery equipment loans, they understand the nuances of the industry and will work with you to accommodate timelines.
