Operational Environmental Impact

Live Oak works diligently to reduce our carbon footprint and protect our stakeholders by reducing waste, saving energy and recycling across our Wilmington-based campus. Our branchless banking model enables us to conduct much of our business online, and a partially distributed workforce reduces commute times and their subsequent impacts. Across our campus and satellite locations, we recycle and shred paper and compost food waste generated by on campus dining.
