USDA Guaranteed Loan Programs
The Business & Industry (B&I) loan program helps rural businesses secure capital to create jobs in their communities. Eligible uses include commercial real estate and business acquisitions, construction or repairs, equipment purchase and more.
The Community Facilities (CF) loan program provides funding for essential community facilities in rural communities, including hospitals and health care facilities, public safety services, schools and more.
With funding from the Water and Environmental (WEP) loan program, rural communities can tap into financing for drinking water and waste disposal infrastructure projects.
The REAP loan program provides funding to agricultural producers and rural small businesses for renewable energy systems or to make energy efficiency improvements.
The 9003 program offers capital up to $250 million to support the development, construction and retrofitting of new and emerging technologies, including advanced biofuels, renewable chemicals and biobased products.
As part of the American Rescue Plan Act, the USDA announced its latest loan program to support the food supply infrastructure that will strengthen the food supply chain for the American people.
