POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives. Good
understanding of market conditions, competitor data and implements marketing plan changes as needed.
Oversees all marketing, advertising and promotional activities. Requires a positive, motivated individual who
enjoys participating closely in a team environment and does well under deadline pressure.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Set the strategy, manage and coordinate marketing, advertising and promotional activity.
  • Develop annual marketing plan in conjunction with sales department that details activities to follow
  • during the fiscal year, which will focus on meeting organizational objectives.
  • Deliver marketing strategy within approved budgets.
  • Identify marketing best practices across all mediums and create the implementation plan. Ensures
  • compliance with the Advertising and Marketing Policy is maintained.
  • Develop strategic direction for all communications, media and advertising materials to effectively
  • represent the company's products and services to customers and prospects.
  • Receives work assignments from Industry Experts/GMs and Marketing Director/Senior Marketing Analyst
  • Solve business problems with marketing strategies that drive leads, sales and revenue
  • Actively evaluate competitors within the respective industry, be an extension of the business unit and
  • anticipate needs.
  • Understanding of marketing technologies and how to leverage their functionality to drive marketing
  • results.
  • Leverage data to drive decisions and recommendations for all marketing campaigns
  • Report out the success of a marketing campaign and resulting change. Be able to answer the ‘Why’
  • behind a marketing project.
  • May be referral person for questions on department communications materials.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Has responsibility for following regulatory requirements including those pertaining to the Bank Secrecy
  • Act (BSA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Customer Identification Program (CIP), and OFAC to assist in
  • the identification, detection and determent of money laundering or other unlawful activities.
  • Functions as a team and realizes all members of the team are vital to its success.
  • Stays current with products and services the Bank is offering.
  • Performs other duties as required.
  • May staff company booth or exhibit at trade and community fairs.

SKILLS:
• Proficient: Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
• Preferred: Pardot, Wordpress, Webinars and Salesforce.
• Strong communicator.
• Self-motivated, confident, energetic and creative

EXPERIENCE:
• 5-8 years experience in the marketing industry
• Financial Service marketing industry experience preferred.
• Successfully managed multiple business units marketing campaigns
• Extensive experience in all aspects of developing, executing and maintaining marketing strategies to
• meet organizational objectives.
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics.
• Proven ability to oversee marketing, advertising and promotional activities.
• Proficiency in computer software packages (i.e., Microsoft Office, Power Point, etc.)

EDUCATION:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or a related field is preferred.
